BRUCE MPAMIZO – CHAIRMAN, MOVIT FOUNDATION

Bruce Mpamizo brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Board Chairman of our Foundation. With a distinguished career spanning over 18 years in marketing and sales, Bruce has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a keen strategic vision that aligns perfectly with our organization’s mission and goals.

Bruce is currently the Executive Director at Movit Products Limited and throughout his tenure, Bruce has played a pivotal role in driving the rapid expansion of Movit Products both locally and regionally. His ability to identify untapped markets with immense potential and orchestrate strategic approaches for market penetration has been instrumental in the company’s growth trajectory.

He holds a Doctorate in Humanity from Lead Impact University, a Master of Science in Marketing from Makerere University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University, and a Higher Diploma in Marketing from Makerere University Business School. Additionally, he participated in prestigious Senior Management Leadership Programs at Strathmore University Business School and Nanyang Business School in Singapore in 2019, as well as the Global CEO Leadership Program at Strathmore University Business School in Lagos, Nigeria, and Yale Business School in the USA from 2021 to 2022.

Bruce’s leadership style is characterized by a combination of strategic thinking, decisive action, and a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation. He is known for his ability to inspire and empower teams, driving them towards shared objectives with clarity and purpose.

In addition to his role at Movit Products Limited, Bruce serves as the Board Chairman of Sim Packaging Solutions and is a member of the Economic and Business Policy Committee at UMA.

Bruce’s appointment as the Board Chairman of the Movit Foundation is a testament to his profound expertise and emotional intelligence, honed through his tenure as a Senior Pastor. His exceptional ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds equips him with a unique perspective and approach, vital for leading and guiding the foundation.
