As a board member of our Foundation, Nasser Munyagwa brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources management, leadership, and community engagement. With an impressive educational background, including a Masters in Institutional Management & Leadership from Uganda Management Institute, an Advanced Certificate in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Makerere University, Nasser possesses a deep understanding of Organizational Development and Strategic Management.
In his current role as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Movit Products, Nasser leverages practical insights into building strong organizational cultures, fostering talent development, and driving employee engagement initiatives. His commitment to nurturing a supportive and inclusive work environment at Movit Products aligns perfectly with the values of our organization.
Nasser’s tenure in key positions at renowned organizations such as Abacus Pharma (A) Limited, KCB Bank Limited, and Nile Breweries Limited, particularly his roles as Group Human Resources Manager at Abacus Pharma (A) Limited, Talent Manager at KCB Bank Limited, and People Manager at Nile Breweries Limited, underscores his ability to lead HR functions, implement effective talent management strategies, and drive organizational growth through people-centric approaches.
